Beyond Oil Forges Strategic Partnership and Distribution Pact with West Coast Reduction Ltd

Beyond Oil Ltd. (CSE:BOIL)(OTCQB:BEOLF) has entered into a Strategic Opportunities & Distribution Agreement with West Coast Reduction Ltd. (WCRL), Western Canada’s leading used cooking oil collection, recycling, and rendering company. The agreement grants WCRL exclusive distribution rights for Beyond Oil’s products in Canada and Washington State.

WCRL will initially order the Beyond Oil product for food service and serve as the exclusive distributor for the industrial food industry. The collaboration includes joint research and development programs, and WCRL may earn the right to manufacture the product in North America.

Beyond Oil’s CEO, Jonathan Or, and WCRL’s CEO, Barry Glotman, expressed excitement about the partnership’s potential to advance sustainability in the food oil industry. The Beyond Oil Product extends frying oil life, improves food quality, and offers health benefits by reducing harmful components.

The strategic collaboration aligns with WCRL’s commitment to sustainability and creating healthier communities. The termination of the distribution agreement with TEJA Food Group was also announced. Beyond Oil’s innovative solution contributes to medical field advancements, reducing cancer risks from frying fumes.

The company’s patent-protected product has regulatory approvals from entities like the FDA and Health Canada. Beyond Oil aims to create a more sustainable future, blending food safety, cost efficiency, and environmental consciousness.

West Coast Reduction Ltd., through its ReduxTM program, diverts various by-products, including used restaurant oils, away from landfills, transforming them into valuable resources such as pet food, biofuels, and cosmetics. WCRL also plays a significant role in Canada’s canola oil trade.
